Senior Project Manager - USA

Global Enterprise Partners are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an exciting project in the United States. Our client is looking for someone with experience in S/4 HANA and in the food processing/agriculture industry.

Resquirements of the Senior Project Manager role

• 15+ years experience as a project manager
• Extensive experience in large scale transformation programs within SAP
• Experience handling project managing activities typically found in assigned workstreams e.g. scale and complexity
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in risk management
• Excellent communication and people management skill
• Strong Azure DevOps skills

• Partner with the Enterprise and Release Workstream Leads to lead the team through planning and execution of Playbooks with active stakeholder engagement and buy in
• Ensure the accurate and up to date tracking and reporting of exeution
• Provide clear forecasting of consolidatd resource supply and demand across all release demands. Partner with workstream leadership on sourcing strategy and support commercial activities and highlight staffing risks
• Consult with Workstream Leadership on Procurement needs during project planning and ensure procurement and invoicing processes are followed for external spend
• Identify and manage concerns, risks, issues, dependencies and project conflicts to the PMO and appropriate leadership in a proactive and timely manner
• Ensure project deliverables are reviewed and signed off in accordance with schedule and commercial objectives
• Facilitate activities for workstream/team in the spirit of proactive risk management and continuous improvement

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration 6 month initial contract
• Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
• Contract: Contractor
• Rate: Negotiable
