UKG'S New Logo Sales team is looking for a Director of Sales to join our US-based team. This is the ideal opportunity for a leader who wants to lead, coach, manage and grow our team of Strategic Development Managers, providing structure and accountability while assisting in sales strategy development. We are looking for someone who will lead by example, earn trust, empower and grow, as well as inspire and motivate their sales team family all through open and collaborative communication.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and grow/train top talent by creating a collaborative team.

Inspire and motivate.
Be a trust advisor and go to resource.
Help develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.

Requirements
5+ years experience in HCM domain
Previous experience in leadership role in a sales focused environment
Travel Requirements
30-40%
The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
