About The Job
Major Responsibility Areas:
Ensure project execution within time, budget, QHSES requirements, and in accordance with Business Management Systems by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.
Develop project procedures, systems, organize project team, project planning, performance monitoring, and set project goals.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders associated with the project (partners, subcontractors, vendors…). Serve as the single point of contact for the customer.
Attend and lead project review/progress meetings with clients, other stakeholders, and management. Prepare project reports.
Interface/communicate within the project team, support functions, and externally with all stakeholders.
Identify enhanced business opportunities at Tender/BD stage and work with the proposal team to communicate customer requirements and to drive customer specifications toward standardized product solutions during tender/BD stage.
Mentor and develop people.
Deliver and improve upon set targets for project P&L, Quality, HSE, and client satisfaction.
Drive safety, sustainability consciousness among project team and all stakeholders.
Participate in audits and reviews.
Strive for continuous improvement of project processes.
Experience in FEED, Basic & Detailed Engineering.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or with 6-15 years of experience in project management in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical Projects.
Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and change management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of QHSES requirements and Business Management Systems.
Strong knowledge of project P&L, Quality, HSE, and client satisfaction.
Ability to drive safety and sustainability consciousness among project team and all stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of project auditing and review processes.
Experience in FEED, Basic & Detailed Engineering.
