The Opportunity


Within this job, you will have the opportunity to play a role in shaping our people development & engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Career Management, Performance & Development, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to deploy career development processes and projects. You will contribute to the growth of our employees and help build a future-ready workforce.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities​



  • Deploy and manage Career Development tools: implement career maps and learning paths, participate in and manage development projects to enhance employee skills and engagement such as mentoring
  • Oversee people review campaign to identify talents and succession planning, support career growth
  • Communication: manage internal communications within the company on people development & engagement topics
  • Reporting: generate and analyze reports related to talent management and other key metrics, develop and improve solutions to make data available to all stakeholders
  • Transversal team activities: coordinate Top Employer audit for the team
  • Ad Hoc projects linked to the Development pillar of PDE such as Skills Paths & online skills repository tool.



Who Are We Looking For


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in people development, skills paths and talent management or related roles
  • Strong passion for people development and engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English – oral and written, additional languages are an advantage
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Motivated, proactive, and curious with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, the role will be a corporate based role.
