Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in HR project management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of HR expertise and project management skills, ensuring that HR initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and meet organizational goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving impactful HR projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through to completion, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing HR processes and systems, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new HR processes, systems, and policies across the organization.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and post-project evaluations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR projects adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR project management, with a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives within startups or small companies; if in the DDA or healthcare industries, that would be a plus but not a requirement.
  • Project Management Expertise: Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Trello), with relevant certifications such as PMP and CPMP, being highly desirable.
  • HR Leadership: Expertise in HR functions relevant to startups and small companies, with the ability to implement scalable and compliant HR processes.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Certification: PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across multiple client organizations.
