GoTeam is currently in search of a diligent and detail-oriented
Loan Processor to join our team. This position involves preparing contracts and documentation for financing transactions, maintaining clear communication with customers and partners, and ensuring accuracy throughout the loan process. If you have a background in loan processing or are familiar with vehicle financing procedures, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Preparing contracts to go out to customers for their signature on financed equipment
- Compiling accurate documentation requests for dealer and insurance relationships
- Communicating clearly with customers, dealers, and insurance partners via phone and email
- Providing thorough documentation in the CRM Leasepath during each stage of the process
- Reviewing documents for accuracy to meet funding requirements
- Liaising with funding partners to ensure quick and accurate transactions
- Handling a large volume of processing requests from various entities
- Multitasking and prioritizing work independently
- Clear and effective communication through email with minimal errors
- Exercising autonomy and control over activities with limited supervision
- Demonstrating attention to detail and building relationships with clients, dealers, and insurance partners
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and comfortable with digital file management
- Utilizing the CRM, Leasepath effectively
- Other duties as assigned
