Job Description

Job Highlights:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date Job Descriptions and oversee recruitment
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop career paths and understand interdepartmental dependencies
  • Review and revise HR policies to ensure understanding & implementation across the organisation
  • Execution of L&D strategy in coordination with corporate HRD
  • Plan & execution of HR initiatives and projects
  • Handling compliance related to HR
  • Maintenance of HR operations and related systems for employee cycle (entry to exit)
  • Promote employer branding in linkage to corporate policies
  • Supporting CSR initiatives from HR side


The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field
  • Fluency in English language
  • 2- 4 years of experience in related role
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws
  • Flexibility to adapt to new culture and environment
  • Carries positive attitude
