Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing complex IT projects, with a focus on Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, server migrations, and desktop operating systems. As a Technical Project Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our clients to deliver superior solutions that meet their objectives and exceed their expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical projects related to Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, server migrations, and desktop operating systems.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for managing and supporting Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD environments.
  • Execute migrations from on-premise Active Directory to Azure AD, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee Office 365 and Google migrations to Office 365, managing the migration process from planning to execution and post-migration support.
  • Utilize extensive experience with Microsoft Server, Exchange, and Hyper-V to facilitate server migrations and ensure optimal performance.
  • Execute VMware migrations from Hyper-V, on-premise servers, and hybrid environments, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure needs, develop comprehensive project plans, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance our service offerings and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Active Directory, demonstrating deep expertise in managing and supporting complex AD environments.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and supporting Office 365, with a proven track record of successful migrations and ongoing support.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and supporting Azure AD, including extensive experience with migrations from on-premise AD to Azure AD.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing a minimum of 10 Office 365 or Google migrations to Office 365, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Microsoft Server (20xx and above), Exchange, and Hyper-V, with a strong background in server migrations and optimization.
  • Proven experience with VMware migrations from Hyper-V, on-premise servers, and hybrid environments, ensuring seamless transition and optimal performance.
  • Extensive experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, VMware Certified Professional) preferred.
