Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience in performance testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python/Java.
- Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud computing, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a continuous delivery mindset.
- Understanding of 3GPP specifications is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Performance and Capacity Testing:
Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases to assess the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of microservices within the architecture.
Utilize automated testing frameworks and tools (JMeter) to simulate high loads and stress conditions on microservices.
Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks, resource constraints, and areas for optimization.
Collaborate with development teams to implement performance enhancements and optimizations based on test results.
Monitor system performance during testing and production to ensure adherence to performance requirements and SLAs.
Automation and Tooling:
Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts and frameworks to facilitate continuous performance testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline to identify performance regressions early in the development process.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate comprehensive performance test reports summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
Present findings to stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and leadership, to drive informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize performance-related issues and track their resolution.
