Job description

We are seeking a Senior Designer to become part of our Digital Strategy & Design team in Ukraine. We proudly boast 200+ designers who contribute to a globally distributed group of 1k+ multi-disciplinary designers, researchers, and consultants. We are dedicated to assisting organizations in using design to forge meaningful customer experiences across various platforms and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to grasp their business goals and objectives
Assess and test your concepts with stakeholders and users
Develop and provide UX artifacts like user flows, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, incorporating user insights and customer feedback to meet project requirements across multiple devices and interfaces
Contribute to discovery and research processes such as user-interviews, heuristic evaluations, or competitor reviews
Lead and contribute to design workshops
Document client requirements and assist with design outputs for the project
Review project feasibility with front-end developers and architects
Accurately estimate project tasks
Collaborate with the design team to manage workflows, share progress, and communicate obstacles
Adhere to set deadlines and manage priorities with guidance from design leads
Expertise in key UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural, and user testing tools
Provide mentorship to junior designers

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in design roles
Comprehensive knowledge of research-driven design methodologies
Proficiency in generating design specifications and prototype development
Well-versed in fundamental design principles including Composition, Color Theory, Typography, Design, and Art styles
Skilled in synthesizing and conveying research findings, conceptual ideas, and detailed designs to all organizational levels
Responsibility for all design outcomes on a project including experience maps, user journeys, interaction models, flows, IA schemes, systematic design, and interaction design
Narrative skills to present design solutions to clients compellingly
Strong conceptual and systematic thought processes; adept at providing constructive feedback and justifying design decisions
Solid presentation capacities
Fluent English proficiency in both writing and speaking (B2 or higher)
