What To Expect

As the Senior Marketing Manager, North America, you will be at the forefront of driving our regional marketing strategy and execution across North America. As an individual contributor on the ground, this is a hands-on role where you will need to roll up your sleeves and take an equally strategic and executional approach. You will be responsible for generating demand, increasing brand awareness, and building a strong marketing pipeline. This role requires close collaboration with sales and other cross-functional teams, to ensure the success of our go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for North America that aligns with global business objectives.
    • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and support revenue targets.
    • Take a hands-on approach to all aspects of marketing, ensuring both strategic direction and tactical execution are achieved.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless integration.
  • Demand Generation and Pipeline Management:
    • Oversee demand generation activities, including digital marketing, events, outbound/inbound, customer and account-based marketing (ABM).
    • Work directly with sales to ensure effective lead handoff and progression through the sales funnel, focusing on driving results.
    • Analyze pipeline performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner Marketing:
    • Develop and manage partner marketing initiatives to support joint go-to-market efforts with key partners.
    • Build and nurture relationships with partner marketing counterparts in the region, and plan joint marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with the partnership team to integrate partner ecosystem programs into regional marketing plans.
  • Event Marketing:
    • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
    • Manage event budgets, logistics, and follow-up activities to maximize ROI.
    • Align events with strategic goals and generate high-quality leads and provide performance reporting.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with global marketing and other regional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, working closely with sales and other departments.
    • Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and shared success.
  • Travel: Travel regionally and nationally up to 10% of the time to meet with attend tradeshows and conferences, attend work related events, etc. Some international travel may be required.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • 8+ years marketing experience, with a focus on North America, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. Culture fit in start-up/scale-up environment a must.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in partner marketing, with the ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft), CRM systems (Salesforce), and digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Google).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95000 - $115,000/annually + Bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
