Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

 

  • 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in VBCS, including developing and customizing applications.
  • Experience with Oracle CX (Customer Experience) solutions.
  • Proficiency in using Redwood in customizing seeded pages, user interface customizations and application design.
  • Previous experience with data or application migration is a plus.

●       Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Should have strong debugging skills to identify the issues.
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
