We are looking for a Squad Lead to join the Regulatory Team, focusing on team leadership, project management, and implementation of regulatory solutions. The position requires a professional with solid experience in Bacen regulatory requirements such as CADOCS, and strong knowledge in structuring and implementing data on a large scale. This leader will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while leading the team in delivering projects on time with technical excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the development and implementation of regulatory projects.
  • Manage and coordinate the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and technical requirements are met.
  • Act as the point of contact between the regulatory team and other areas of the company, facilitating communication between technology, business, and compliance teams.
  • Implement regulatory systems (such as CADOCS and fixed income), structuring data and ensuring compliance with Bacen regulations.
  • Identify and foresee potential problems or obstacles during the large-scale implementation of systems, proposing effective solutions.
  • Ensure that technical solutions meet regulatory needs and are aligned with the company's guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and efficient communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and reporting on project progress.
  • Manage the development of solutions that meet high standards of scalability and performance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in team leadership, project management, and implementation of regulatory solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bacen regulatory requirements (including CADOCS).
  • Experience with Matera or other solutions focused on financial regulation.
  • Strong skills in data structuring and implementation of regulatory systems on a large scale.
  • Ability to identify potential problems before they arise and act preventively.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into feasible technical solutions, interacting with various areas of the company (business, technology, compliance, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and responsiveness.
  • High organizational capacity and management of multiple simultaneous projects.

Differentials
  • Experience in implementing fixed income systems.
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Previous experience in financial companies or those regulated by Bacen.
