Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director, US Brand Lead for Precision Diagnostic Medicine to spearhead the strategic direction and growth of our cutting-edge diagnostic solutions in the US market. This executive role demands a blend of strategic foresight, strong leadership, and deep expertise in diagnostic markets to effectively drive brand differentiation and market leadership.

This leadership role requires a highly strategic thinker who can effectively manage and inspire a team of Product Brand Directors, ensuring that all brand activities are not only innovative and impactful but also meticulously aligned with the strategic goals of Telix Pharmaceuticals. Your expertise will directly influence the success of our diagnostic products and contribute significantly to the advancement of precision diagnostic medicine in the healthcare sector.

Key Accountabilities:

  •  Strategic Leadership and Oversight:
    • Provide strategic direction and oversight to Product Brand Directors, ensuring all brand strategies are cohesive and aligned with Telix's overarching business objectives.
    • Lead the formulation and execution of high-impact marketing strategies across the diagnostic product portfolio, guiding Product Brand Directors in the development of brand positioning and messaging.
  • Team Management and Development:
    • Mentor and lead a team of Product Brand Directors, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide clear guidance and support to Product Brand Directors to ensure performance and developmental milestones are met.
  • Brand Strategy Coordination:
    • Ensure that the brand strategies developed by Product Brand Directors effectively address market needs and leverage competitive advantages.
    • Coordinate cross-functional activities related to marketing strategy implementation, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all marketing and promotional efforts.
  • Market Analysis and Insight Gathering:
    • Oversee the gathering of market insights by Product Brand Directors to inform strategic decisions. Ensure comprehensive market analyses that track industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
    • Utilize these insights to adjust and steer brand strategies, keeping Telix at the forefront of the diagnostics industry.
  • Resource Allocation and Budget Management:
    • Oversee the allocation of resources and budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring Product Brand Directors are equipped with the necessary tools and funds to execute their strategies effectively.
    • Review budget proposals from Product Brand Directors and make decisions that optimize ROI and align with strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Facilitate and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, guiding Product Brand Directors in their engagement strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and advocacy groups.
    • Represent Telix Pharmaceuticals at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events, showcasing leadership in the diagnostics market.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for Product Brand Directors to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives.
    • Regularly review performance reports and provide strategic feedback, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and market success.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure that all marketing activities led by Product Brand Directors comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Promote best practices in marketing and brand management within the team, staying updated on new marketing technologies and techniques that can enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the diagnostics or healthcare industry required. Proven track record of leading successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems. Strong understanding of precision diagnostics and the healthcare landscape.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent. Ability to drive change and inspire a high-performing team.
