Role Description
We are currently searching for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team.
Prospect and generate leads and opportunities. The SDR will research and uncover new selling opportunities through account mapping, tele-prospecting, email and LinkedIn outreach; additionally, the SDR will conduct necessary market research, database management, reporting and sourcing. As part of the early growth-team, this will be an opportunity to grow into roles in Sales and Customer Success.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline through a mix of lead generation, outbound sales, and relationship building
- Call and manage inbound (marketing-generated) leads to qualify and schedule meetings for the leadership team
- Outbound prospecting – including generating lists through industry publications & associations, partnerships, research
- Monitor and act on intent, inbound traffic through tools
- Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
- Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors

- Bachelor degree preferred
- 2+ years of B2B sales, prospecting and related market / biz dev experience in
- At least 1 year of demand generation or inside sales experience with Enterprise Software or related area
- Proven success in a role with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone
- Strong organizational and time management skill, process-driven
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools like Hubspot, Zoominfo, a plus
