In this dynamic role, you'll travel to customer locations, delivering invaluable service, maintenance, and seamless equipment installations in the field. Your duties span from initial setup to continuous support. By skillfully merging technical expertise with exceptional customer service, you'll guarantee optimal equipment performance and foster long-lasting customer relationships, ultimately boosting both satisfaction and profitability for the company.

Your role in our future
  • Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, upgrades, and servicing.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly, ensuring optimal equipment functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, offering tailored technical solutions and recommendations.
  • Provide comprehensive training on equipment operation and maintenance to empower customers.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing to uphold equipment reliability.
  • Manage inventory and document technical issues for swift problem resolution and customer satisfaction.


Your profile
  • Collaborative Team Player: Excel in teamwork, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Aptitude: Preferably possess basic electro-mechanical and computer skills; training provided.
  • Tech-Savvy: Embrace cutting-edge technologies and enjoy hands-on tasks.
  • Broad Experience: Previous knowledge in copier machines, printers/scanners, ATMs, PCs, appliances, HVAC systems, vending machines, and servo-controllers is advantageous.
  • Customer-Centric: Demonstrated 1-2 years of direct customer service experience.
  • Qualifications: Hold a valid U.S. Driver's License and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (dual lift up to 150 lbs.).

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$19.38-$29.09
