About the role
Holy exists to create value for companies through enhanced composite components. Our goal is to become the world's leading vertically integrated manufacturer for composite components through our fully automated production system. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (m/f/x) to drive our growth by generating a high-quality B2B sales pipeline. You will work closely with our founders, the go-to-market team as well as the technical team to turn cutting-edge technology into real business opportunities. What you will do
  • Take full ownership of the lead generation process, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Ideate and execute targeted outbound strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research on our customer segments across many industries including but not limited to orthopedics, professional tools, sports equipment, automotive, aerospace, and wind energy.
  • Create clear and compelling value propositions and deliver a great first impression of Holy.
  • Build the foundations for our newly formed business development team.
What we are looking for
  • You are excited about the challenges around finding product market fit and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • You are intrigued by ambitious industrial technologies, composite manufacturing and B2B sales.
  • You have at least 2 years' work experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B or technical sales environment, with a strong understanding of structured, metrics-driven business development processes.
  • You are passionate about sustainability and want to be part of a team that is tackling global challenges like climate change through innovative solutions.
  • You are well-structured and quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • You are self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you can take full ownership of your work.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English and the ability to work closely with international clients and internal teams.
  • PLUS: You have relevant experience in business development or product development roles.

Holy is a hybrid company. This role is preferably located in our HQ in Hamburg with potential for a remote setup.
