Your missions

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for an ASC Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns weekly with a $500K budget, while also supporting TikTok and Google ads as needed. Collect ad content, monitor performance, automate data reporting, and assist with client testing and new ad channels, ensuring proactive communication across various platforms.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

The Role:

  • Upload and optimize Meta ad campaigns weekly, with a budget of $500K (increasing in Q4), and provide support for TikTok and Google ads as needed.
  • Collect ad content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams and ensure daily reporting.
  • Monitor and export Meta ads data to flag issues and successes, with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for client review.
  • Set up data automation and conduct ad hoc analysis, including in-platform data analysis and flagging trends on Slack.
  • Support client testing of new ad copy and assets and assist in developing new ad channels, maintaining proactive communication through various platforms.

The Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of Meta ads (ASC) experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns for both U.S. and international markets.
  • Expert in creative testing and ad launch strategies, with a strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key metrics.
  • Proficient in Excel, including creating and manipulating pivot tables, and exporting Meta ads data to Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communicator with a high level of collaboration, proactive in flagging issues and trends, and effective in daily communication through Slack, email, and video calls.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Proficient in Asana for team administration and project tracking.
  • Experienced in DTC e-commerce campaign work, with over 1 year of experience on TikTok ads.
  • Over 1 year of Google Ads experience, including search (brand vs. non-brand) and bonus experience with Shopping/Performance Max and Google Merchant Center.
  • Basic knowledge of YouTube video management, including uploading and generating "unlisted" links for video ads.
 

The Compensation:

  • β‚±55,000 to β‚±85,000/month
