Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, At least 5 years of HR management experience in Forex companies, Proficient in Malaysian labor laws, Fluent in Chinese, with it being the working language, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Key responsabilities:
- Serve as local HR liaison for establishing a local center in Malaysia
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth execution of HR matters
- Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including local payroll calculations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Act as a bridge between local office and HC in all HR practices
