The program will modernize the ERP technology landscape, establish enterprise standard processes across three business units, and leverage standardized data. The ideal candidate will begin as the Project Manager and transition into a Release Train Engineer (RTE), overseeing workstream execution using SAFe Agile methodology and applying a product-driven approach to maturing ERP assets. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders across the EU and North America, operating in EST.

What You Will Do:
As the ERP Project Manager, you will:
  • Lead the consolidation of three SAP instances into a single enterprise version, facilitating migration to a cloud environment (SAP Rise or Hyperscaler).
  • Drive the establishment of standardized processes across three business units, ensuring alignment on enterprise-level practices.
  • Manage the modernization of the ERP technology landscape, focusing on scalable, cloud-hosted solutions.
  • Transition into the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role, leading and managing designated workstreams, driving the execution of the program using SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the EU and North America, ensuring alignment on business goals and program deliverables.
  • Apply a product-oriented approach to ERP asset management, ensuring continuous development and enhancement throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve initially as the ERP Project Manager, overseeing the full lifecycle of ERP implementation, from planning and design through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) for ERP assets, facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure consistent communication with global stakeholders, aligning project goals and expectations, especially between teams in the EU and North America.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog for the ERP workstreams, ensuring a product-centric focus in the development and deployment of ERP solutions.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and track progress, ensuring timely project execution and delivery
  • Mentor and guide the project team in the application of SAFe principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and agility
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in managing ERP consolidation and cloud migration projects, particularly with SAP (SAP Rise or Hyperscaler preferred).
  • Proven track record in leading multi-year ERP programs, with the ability to transition from Project Manager to Release Train Engineer (RTE) within a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of SAFe Agile methodology, with hands-on experience in facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with multiple global stakeholders, ensuring alignment across various business units.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with teams across different time zones (EU/EST).
