Duties
(2) or more years of progressive experience in leading and/or participating in leading small teams on related tasks. Individuals at this level have demonstrated the ability to manage projects and personnel at the front-line level considering administrative tasks, to include interpersonal skills, assessing accuracy of recorded data and overall teamwork product. Individuals at this level will provide guidance and direction for associated tasks and sub-tasks.
