The SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) position plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining the SAP CRM system within the organization. This role is essential for managing customer relationships, sales, and marketing activities, as well as integrating business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and customize SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and maintain CRM system components such as sales, service, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on the SAP CRM system.
  • Develop and execute data management strategies within the CRM system.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of CRM projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Lead CRM integration efforts with other business systems and applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Stay updated with SAP CRM best practices and recommend system improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Service.
  • Proficiency in CRM configuration and customization.
  • Experience with SAP CRM integration and data migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certification in SAP CRM or related modules is a plus.
  • Understanding of business processes and their integration into CRM systems.
