You will address issues such as climate change, pollution, and energy consumption while supporting organizational growth. • Must have had experience being responsible for energy efficiency improvements for the plant’s energy, plant air, facility infrastructure, manufacturing processes, wastewater processing, and HVAC while contributing to life cycle assessments (LCA), environmental product declarations (EPD), material transparency and product certification
  • Demonstrable experience leading successful & sustainable projects with cross-functional teams to mitigate and reduce waste to landfill, water generated from new or existing production
  • Experience completing required environmental compliance permitting, inspections, and reporting

You will be an active participant in the company’s environmental compliance programs, related to, but not limited to: air permitting, record keeping and compliance, stormwater management, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, and community right-to-know reporting. This key role will play a major part in identifying sustainability risks and appropriate mitigation measures and liaising with key stakeholders to ingrate sustainable solutions for managing byproducts from new products.

We need a strategic individual with the drive & ambition to have a seat at the table and partner with Orbia & Dura-Line’s plant leadership to drive change, thus you must be able to work well with all levels of the organization- internal & external stakeholders.
