Our niche is photographers and closely-related industries, and our services are designed to meet the unique needs and challenges of a creative small business owner.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales consultant to join our team and drive the success of Tidy Books. We don’t hire backgrounds; We are looking for a top producer!

This is a part-time position with competitive base-pay and unlimited earning potential for a superstar.

Job Summary

The Sales Consultant for Tidy Books will be a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for sales and ability to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.

This individual will be responsible for driving sales, effectively handling objections, and achieving and surpassing targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ethics, character, and honesty, coupled with a relentless drive for success. A quick ability to learn, as well as the ability to inspire customers to appreciate our core bookkeeping services is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry contacts
    • Present proposals, handle objections and close deals with confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

    • Develop an understanding of our bookkeeping services and benefits
    • Communicate the features and benefits of our services to customers, ensuring they understand and appreciate the value we provide

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
    • Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on market opportunities

    • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

    • Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate leads and drive sales

    • Continuously expand the network to enhance market reach and business opportunities
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Basic understanding of financial knowledge preferred, though we will provide appropriate training
  • Exceptional sales skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • High moral character, honesty, and a strong ethical compass
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Motivated by financial success but driven by a mission to provide value to customers.
  • Very occasional travel ability
