Your missions

Description

In this role, you will be instrumental in devising unbiased strategies to retain ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) clients. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough reviews of client accounts, evaluating pricing, and leveraging relationships with Sales, CRM teams, Sales Leadership, and RFP teams to create effective retention strategies.

You will present our solutions to clients alongside Relationship Managers and Consultants, particularly in competitive RFP situations, customizing approaches based on insights from detailed administrative reviews. Your focus will be on ensuring clear and strategic communication between our service team and clients/advisors throughout the retention process.

Responsibilities

  • Share real-time best practices with sales teams and relationship managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and consultants.
  • Accurately assess client situations to enhance retention efforts.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement sales, with expertise in defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified plans, or Trust & Custody products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, portfolio construction, capital markets, financial service products, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and demonstrate leadership.
  • Advanced analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills related to pricing and plan designs.
  • Proven experience in project management for complex projects/RFPs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Experience with ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plans) is highly preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(123,000 - \)167,000 per year, based on experience and location.
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) provided for vacation, personal, or short-term illness, with no set number of days.
  • Pension Eligibility: Yes.

Additional Information

  • Location: Remote position, with a preference for candidates in the Northeast or Texas.
  • Work Authorization/Sponsorship: We are not considering applicants requiring immigration sponsorship (e.g., F1-OPT, H-1B) at this time.
  • Compliance with the Investment Code of Ethics is required for positions related to asset management and other roles.
