Position: 5G Arch Student Coop

Number of Position(s): 2

Duration: 4 Months

Date: January - May 2025

Location: Remote or Hybrid, Naperville, IL

EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Currently a candidate bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with an accredited school in US.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

The candidate will work in a team environment developing applications with:

  • Web based software applications design, development and testing.
  • Produces documentation for applications.
  • Gets acquainted with the tools, methods of working and processes linked to the job.
  • Works with others. exchanging knowledge in their area of expertise.
  • Learns how to estimate project work.
  • Researches and solves engineering problems with aid from other team member.
  • Responsible for all phases of software development including Design, implementation and testing.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Experience with software development, preferably in Python.
  • Experience with Linux is a plus.
  • Experience developing web applications.
  • Experience with software testing.
  • Experience with machine learning or natural language processing is a plus but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with Machine Learning application tools
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing tools
