Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Business Process Analyst to join their team. This role is integral to identifying and addressing process gaps within Merchandising Inventory. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail merchandising and/or planning & inventory, with a preference for experience in the Fashion, Beauty, and/or Retail field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process gaps and influence process improvement initiatives
  • Act as an agent of change, promoting and owning continuous improvement initiatives
  • Document new and existing processes and business rules as they are conceived, determined, and prioritized
  • Support Merchandising and Planning & Inventory performance by identifying ownership, risks, process improvements, and assisting in the oversight of process execution


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience in retail merchandising and/or planning & inventory, or an equivalent combination of work and education
  • Proven advanced level organizational skills
  • Strong critical thinking and creative resolution skills
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate others to take action based on data
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset approach to skills development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
