Job Title: Compliance Program Manager

Job Description

The Corporate Finance team seeks a Compliance Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide internal control projects with a focus on Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley (JSOX) compliance activities. This role works closely with the Internal Controls (IC) Director, business process owners, and company management. The Compliance Program Manager will enhance the JSOX program for a business segment, manage multiple deadlines and deliverables with limited supervision, and work strategically and tactically to accomplish responsibilities.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Issaquah, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

The Compliance Program Manager will contribute to the effectiveness of internal controls and JSOX compliance for the company and its subsidiaries, with long-term improvements. The role involves performing duties independently with general direction and developing recommendations and remediations on their own initiative. The position requires developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the company, including other departments, subsidiaries, and the parent company.
