This is a hybrid role - expect to spend 60% of your time working in-person with other staff members and families while the rest of the time allows for remote work. 
Compensation: $110K-$125K base salary, sign-on bonus, and company benefits.

The Role

We're looking for a passionate Director of Nursing in Colorado to join our leadership team. You'll supervise and continue to grow our clinical team of RNs, build robust operational processes to ensure optimal family experience and efficiency, and set clinical practices to deliver the highest quality of care.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of RNs. You'll be involved in hiring and training the best RN case managers. You’ll build systems for accountability and quality.

  • Set high clinical operations and expectations and process improvements. You'll be focused on clinical process improvements and ensuring your team upholds the highest standards of clinical excellence.

  • Build foundation for gathering clinical data. You’ll be responsible for defining processes for proper data gathering of clinical metrics and patient improvement.

  • Partner with operations, technology, and product teams across Abby Care. You'll be a critical voice for pushing initiatives to further our mission.

The Requirements
  • Must be a physician or registered nurse with at least 3+ years of nursing/care experience and licensed in the state of Colorado (or have a compact license). 
  • Must have 1-2 years of supervisory and management experience or health service administration experience. Bonus points given to experience in home health. 
  • Must reside in Colorado, preferably in the Denver area with a valid drivers license. 
  • Strong communication and writing skills. Bonus points if the candidate can also speak Spanish.
