Mobile Tech Lead (iOS)

What would you do?

• Ultimate responsible for the technical aspects of the squad.
  
• Develop strategies and initiatives focused on quality growth for the team, both in product and technical aspects.
  
• Lead the team in regular ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning sessions, etc.
  
• Develop, measure, and manage team performance metrics.
  
• Provide visibility into the team's status, progress, risks, and needs.
  
• Ensure alignment between business needs and scalable technical solutions.
  
• Be the source of problem-solving among team members and act as a communication bridge between the team and others.
  
• Foster a collaborative work environment based on honesty and good communication.
  
• Influence team members positively.
  
• Empower team members to take ownership of their product, processes, and outcomes.
  
• Is in charge of the team’s relationships with stakeholders, is able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and handles tech vs non-tech trade-offs proficiently.

• 5+ years in mobile app development with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles and best practices (iOS - Swift).
  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile projects under various constraints.
  
• Experience implementing and refining agile methodologies in a team setting.
  
• Experience in conflict resolution and team motivation.
  
• Full professional proficiency in English.
