ModSquad has partnered with an IT consulting firm specializing in developing solutions that connect various departments, address diverse business needs, and bridge skill gaps. Serving industries such as manufacturing, banking, and healthcare, they provide tailored IT services to meet specific sector demands.

We are currently looking for experienced technical support representatives to join our team! In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls and emails, offering timely and effective support.

We're looking for candidates who:
  • have background in IT helpdesk roles.
  • are proficient in technology with a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and server environments.
  • are experienced in using remote access tools.
  • are skilled in providing support via phone and handling ticket-based inquiries.
  • are adept at following standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
  • have the ability comprehend and leave detailed notes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Workspace Requirements:
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks)
  • 12 GB of Ram
  • Dual Monitors
  • Quality headset with a noise canceling microphone
  • Quiet workspace to take calls 
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone 
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures.
