Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage procurement tasks and ensure efficient handling of our production and inventory. This position offers a hybrid-remote work model, allowing you to balance onsite and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and Inventory Management: Develop plans to meet material and finished goods demands, oversee production schedules, identify potential shortages, and implement recovery plans.
• Order Management: Create and release manufacturing orders based on inventory plans, coordinate with vendors and partners to place orders, negotiate pricing, and resolve issues.
• International Logistics: Manage logistics with shippers, forwarders, brokers, and internal warehouses to ensure smooth international operations.
• Data Management: Maintain accuracy in our SAGE and Netstock systems, analyze supply chain data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare various reports accurately and on time.
• Vendor Optimization: Work on optimizing our vendor base and driving cost savings in both domestic and international markets.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to developing and optimizing supply chain SOPs and processes, identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Internal Support: Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders' inquiries and handle other assigned tasks.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or inventory analysis.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective negotiation skills and excellent attention to detail are also important.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAGE and Netstock systems.
• Experience in the global supply chain industry.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
