! This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the successful implementation and support of workday solution and integrations at a country level.

• First contact person for the complex countries on status of activities

• Proactively raise and manage risks related to the country implementation organization

• Coordination and monitoring of Wave planning and execution progress to ensure successful Waves and transitions go-live

• Alignment on regional / local parallel initiatives and 3rd party counterparts to avoid conflicts with Wave roll-out (focus on Business aspects)

• Management of escalation process for project issues (focus on business topics)

• Partners with People Engagement to ensure communication and support for all countries is provided at different levels of need

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience within implementation

• International project management & stakeholders management skills

• Cross-functional expertise and strong leadership attitude

• Ability to work on international and matrix-based organization

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills

• Fluency in English (spoken & written);

• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
