THE ROLE
The Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain (Ireland) at AG1 is responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. The Supply Chain Finance team leads the development of the overall budget, rolling forecast, mid to long-range planning, and financial planning of operational projects. This role will provide dedicated financial support to our Supply Chain teams, own forecasting/reporting of key KPIs, and monthly variance reporting within Supply Chain. This role will partner closely with the members of the Procurement and Sourcing teams to gain key inputs and provide reporting and analytics to support scalable business operations. Additionally, you will serve as a key business partner to the Supply Chain leadership team, Finance leadership team, and various business partners across the company.

Reporting to our Senior Manager, FP&A - Supply Chain Europe, the ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst, FP&A Supply Chain role is someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

This role is 100% remote and must be based in Ireland.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
  • Finance partner supporting Supply Chain teams in forecasting key Procurement metrics across the business (WAPT, Inventory Planning, Supplier Mix, etc)
  • Support monthly Tracking & Monitoring (T&M) process for Procurement through KPI and financial initiative tracking
  • Full ownership of Raw Material model inputs and supplier inventory management
  • Responsible for forecasting, tracking, and monitoring Productivity (cost savings initiatives) across the Procurement team
  • Build scalable financial models and reports that support monthly business reviews, annual planning and budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly/weekly forecasting processes
  • Quantification of risks and opportunities including dynamic changes in the business, vendor and risk management, and macro supply chain events
  • Closely collaborate within Procurement, Sourcing, and cross-functionally to proactively find opportunities for improvement and provide strategic analysis, insights, reporting, and analytics that influence business decision-making
  • Collaborate with manufacturing & planning team members to ensure synchronicity of changes and drivers with demand forecasts
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and deep dive reviews to improve the accuracy of our forecasting and financial reporting in partnership with our Accounting team
  • Drive actionable insights that supports in strengthening financial performance across the Supply Chain
  • Look to ensure data integrity, automate, streamline and improve all finance processes
  • Support other areas of the Finance team with financial forecasting when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5 years of experience in Procurement Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and/or Operational Finance
  • A Procurement or Supply Chain background and experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to understand the relationship between operational metrics and financial performance
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive is highly preferred and experience with Finance planning tools is a plus
  • Knowledge in all things MS Office and Google Suite
  • Excitement to be part of  building new processes in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working remotely in an organization with a global footprint 
  • Experience building complex financial models that are scalable and conducive to interdepartmental inputs
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to switch gears in a dynamic environment
  • Natural inquisitiveness to deeply understand drivers and variances of business operations

  • Ability to analyze large data sets to gain business insights to support decision making and forecasting
