Tasks:

• Design and implement efficient IT M&A processes. Standardize methods and tools to streamline M&A activities.
• Continuously improve M&A methodologies based on project experiences. Integrate best practices and industry standards into processes.
• Evaluate and implement tools to support IT M&A activities. Ensure tools are effectively utilized and provide training as needed.
• Capture and document lessons learned from M&A projects. Develop strategies to apply lessons learned to future projects.
• Work closely with project teams to understand process needs. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.

Profile:

Mandatory:

• Proven experience in process development within IT M&A contexts.
• Strong understanding of M&A methodologies and tools.
• Expertise in capturing and applying lessons learned.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Optional:

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A.
• Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
