As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving our mission and leading the development of brand new products. Join LGC Diagnostics and Genomics as a Product Manager, where you’ll lead our extraction portfolio including our innovative and market leading sbeadex™ product line as well as oversee our extraction and PCR genotyping reagents and services. In this role, you’ll shape both current and future offerings, drive market expansion, and ensure we meet our goals. If you’re ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities include

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy and roadmap
  • Manage and optimize the existing product portfolio including pricing
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
  • Implement new product development (NPD) projects, from concept to launch
  • Provide sales training and develop sales tools to support the commercial team
  • Initiate and collaborate on marketing campaigns with the marketing communications team

Qualifications

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in developing portfolio strategies and successfully driving NPD projects
  • Equivalent experience in Molecular Biology (MSc minimum, PhD or equivalent experience optional)
  • Background in Agricultural Biotechnology (plant/animal genomics) or Molecular Diagnostics (Human Genetics)
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and engaging with customers
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and coordinate objectives across multidisciplinary groups
