As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving our mission and leading the development of brand new products. Join LGC Diagnostics and Genomics as a Product Manager, where you’ll lead our extraction portfolio including our innovative and market leading sbeadex™ product line as well as oversee our extraction and PCR genotyping reagents and services. Your Key Responsibilities include

• Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy and roadmap
• Manage and optimize the existing product portfolio including pricing
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
• Implement new product development (NPD) projects, from concept to launch
• Provide sales training and develop sales tools to support the commercial team
• Initiate and collaborate on marketing campaigns with the marketing communications team

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing portfolio strategies and successfully driving NPD projects
• Equivalent experience in Molecular Biology (MSc minimum, PhD or equivalent experience optional)
• Background in Agricultural Biotechnology (plant/animal genomics) or Molecular Diagnostics (Human Genetics)
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and engaging with customers
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in German
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and coordinate objectives across multidisciplinary groups
