The
Business Development Representative will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving the growth of the company's products and services within the gaming and entertainment industry. This exciting part-time position offers a flexible schedule with an incentive-based compensation plan.


Success in this role requires a strong network of contacts who could potentially become clients for the company.  You will leverage your strategic planning and market research skills to identify and connect with high-value leads, expanding our market presence and increasing revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing high-value clients.
  • Customer Acquisition and Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new high-value customer leads, understand their needs, and present solutions that drive registration on the website.
  • Networking: Develop and cultivate a network of contacts to increase the company's visibility and reach within the target market.
  • Personalized Promotions: Craft compelling personalized offers and bonuses tailored to potential clients' specific needs and business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Provide feedback based on client interactions to inform product and service improvements.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry (experience in online or land-based casinos a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Access to an extensive network of high-value individuals in the gaming and entertainment industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Attributes:


  • Native level of Turkish language (written and spoken) would be considered an asset.
  • Speak English on a professional level besidesTurkish (it's a global world after all!).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  7. In the case of recruitment - we will keep your data for the entire recruitment period and up to 3 months after its completion.

  9. You have the right to: access your data, rectify, erasure, restrict processing, make a complaint to a supervisory authority, and the right to transfer the data.
