As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn;
  • Continuously optimize ad copies and additional extensions to maximize engagement and conversions;
  • Run A/B tests to identify and implement the most effective strategies;
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, investing wisely in specific markets and platforms;
  • Develop a cost and performance forecast plan to ensure efficient budget allocation;
  • Evaluate performance marketing channels using key metrics such as CAC, CPC, CPL, CPV, and ROAS;
  • Run detailed reports to understand the performance of various marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement;
  • Increase conversion rates through data-driven insights and strategies;
  • Identify new markets and opportunities to create innovative campaigns;
  • Explore and develop new marketing channels to drive new customer acquisition;
  • Lead cross-departmental projects to implement new marketing strategies and initiatives.
