About the Role

We are seeking a fastidious and incisive Head of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DeFi, exceptional content creation skills, and the ability to execute marketing strategies. This role will focus on driving execution, managing social media, and creating engaging content to educate our users and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate and uphold Drop’s brand identity and messaging across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.
  • Play a pivotal role in executing Drop’s events strategy to achieve general and event-specific objectives.
  • Ideate and collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute marketing strategies that foster robust global communities.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs by embracing new responsibilities as required.
  • Create and manage content for blogs, conference presentations, and videos. Ensure all content is effectively distributed on Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
  • Collaborate on projects with different categories of partners, leveraging opportunities to enhance partnerships.
  • Utilise a deep understanding of DeFi to create relevant and educational content for users.
  • Develop and distribute educational content to help users understand our products and the broader DeFi space.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product marketing, especially within the DeFi space.
  • Strong skills in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms.
  • Expertise in managing and growing social media channels, particularly Twitter.
  • Experience in planning and executing events and conferences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native level).
  • Experience working in or with markets in Asia and Europe.
  • Ability to quickly analyse and provide sharp insights.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality work with data-driven and pragmatic approach.
