We are now on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical Routing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Routing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our A2P SMS routing processes. You will analyze traffic patterns, troubleshoot routing issues, and provide insights to improve performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze A2P SMS traffic and routing performance to identify patterns and trends.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with international carriers, local operators, aggregators, SMS hubs and resellers to grow and strengthen our bilateral route connectivity and clientele.
• Troubleshoot routing issues and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Generate and maintain routing reports to provide insights for management and technical teams.
• Carry out all necessary studies, analyses and cost calculations with the aim of minimizing the cost of international products and services and increase our trading volume
• Collaborate with carriers and partners to ensure efficient routing of A2P SMS traffic.
• Monitor industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements in routing strategies.
• Document and maintain routing configurations and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Daily route management and trading through our enterprise telecommunication servers.
• Daily price update management and route quality monitoring to ensure continuous and profitable flow of traffic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, information technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in routing analysis or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• Deep knowledge of the wholesale & operator messaging universe and International/Local SMS prices
• Good understanding of telecom route quality metrics & indicators.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of A2P SMS and telecommunications protocols is a plus.
