Industry Knowledge: We provide full training!

Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products a plus 
Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus

Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Customer Service Skills:
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free bookings.

Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements.
