The Head of Technology is a pivotal role in driving business growth and spearheading the adoption of our advertising technology solutions within the region. This individual is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, leading the initial pitching and solutioning process, and ensuring the successful commercialization of technology solutions for our advertising technology stack. Additionally, they collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across creative production, operations, finance, and account teams to develop strategic approaches to solving client challenges and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role sits on our regional senior leadership team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•Proven experience in technology sales, solution architecture, implementation, and customer success, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. A combination of experience and education can be substituted.
•Strong understanding of advertising technology and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions to clients.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across the organization.
•Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

•*Lead the initial pitching and solutioning process for advertising technology solutions, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits to prospective clients.
•*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute on the commercialization of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
•*Serve as the regional escalation point for customer needs, providing prompt resolution and escalation to customer success and product teams as needed.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging expertise in technology, solutions, and customer success to deliver impactful outcomes and drive long-term value.
•Provide insights into customer needs and feature requirements, contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of our technology solutions.
•Stay abreast of new and emerging technology solutions and use cases, continuously evaluating opportunities to innovate and enhance our offerings.
The salary range for this position is $165k minimum - $180k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
