Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices that align with company goals and industry standards. This role requires expertise in compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and data analysis, with a focus on ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position will be remote and based out of Gainesville, Florida. This person will report to the Director of Compensation. 

About Our Perks, Compensation, & Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 - $75,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $75,000 - $87,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market data to develop and maintain competitive compensation structures that align with the company’s strategic goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and department leaders to design and implement compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct job evaluations and classifications to ensure consistent internal salary equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership on compensation trends, salary adjustments, and market competitiveness.
  • Administer salary surveys and analyze survey results to make informed recommendations for salary adjustments and compensation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA, EEO, and other relevant labor laws.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to establish competitive pay ranges for new positions and promotions.
  • Review and update job descriptions and compensation policies as needed to reflect changing business needs and market trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters, including pay equity, promotions, and market adjustments.
  • Assist with annual salary reviews, budget planning, and compensation analysis for performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a remote or healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and pay structures.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay equity standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Download and 10 upload.
