Your missions

 

The ideal candidate should have 8-10+ years of exclusive hands-on experience in Employee Central with RBP knowledge. The candidate should have exposure to implementing and maintaining the Employee Central module, with a specific focus on configuring and managing RBP. Candidate’s deep understanding of RBP will also enable to provide guidance and support to HR and IT teams on best practices for maintaining RBP configurations and troubleshooting any RBP-related issues. This may involve conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and actively participating in system enhancement projects to continuously optimize the RBP framework and ensure its effectiveness.

 

You will

  • Implementation and Configuration: Act as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) modules. Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure the system accordingly. Configure the system to support organizational structures, employee data, and role-based permissions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and other business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations. Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for utilizing the Employee Central and Role-Based Permissions modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for EC and RBP processes.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Configure and maintain EC and RBP workflows, permission settings, and data visibility to ensure accurate and secure HR data management. Perform regular system maintenance activities, including updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Provide ongoing support to end users and address any system-related issues or questions. Conduct system testing and ensure the integrity of data and configurations.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.  Train end-users on the effective use of EC and RBP modules to optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and updates within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Role-Based Permissions modules. Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve any system integration or technical issues. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to HR systems and processes
  • Agile Delivery Experience: Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with Agile tools and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, and sprint planning. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
  • Good to have integration experience with respective core modules

 

Your skills

  • Certified in Employee Central with around 8+ years with in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Role-Based Permissions modules, including configuration, data model, and security concepts.
  • Strong understanding of HR domain and organizational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, organizational structures, and best practices in HR data management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Certification in SAP Time and Attendance and Payroll would be an added advantage.
  • Good to have experience in Data Loader, Org Manager, Document Composer Tools
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Agile framework.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex Employee Central issues.
