Who Are We Looking For


We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to drive the effective use of Salesforce across all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, Customer Care, CSS, and Logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring that everyone in the organisation is using Salesforce correctly and consistently, while also identifying opportunities for system improvements. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce expert with strong communication skills who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.


How You Will Make an Impact 

  • Drive Salesforce adoption across the organisation by conducting training sessions, creating user guides, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth daily operations for all users.
  • Collect user feedback to understand pain points and requirements within Salesforce processes and workflows, translating these into actionable system changes or enhancements.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of Salesforce processes, best practices, and system configurations to support consistent usage across all departments.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure data is entered correctly and consistently, maintaining high data quality standards across all records.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and track key performance metrics for different departments, enhancing decision-making capabilities.


What You Bring to the Team 

  • Minimum 3+ years of extensive experience with Salesforce, including administration, configuration, and aligning its functionality with business needs.
  • Proven track record of driving system adoption and process improvements across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide users at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.


Now, it would be fantastic if You:

  • Hold Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or similar)
  • Know the Agile methodology
