Role Overview:
We are looking for a person with strong entrepreneurial potential, with a background and passion for developing business from scratch. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about driving growth and scaling businesses. The Co-Founder will be responsible for building and executing a robust sales strategy, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
 
 Role Description:
  • We are seeking a Co-Founder / Chief Growth Officer to join our team with stake in our company and able to run without fixed income for next 12-18 months.
  • This is a full time remote role but should have flexibility to visit potential clients.
  • The Co-founder will be responsible for driving sales as primary responsibility along with managing the company's growth strategy and business development and marketing initiatives.
  • This role involves 70% Sales, 10% Marketing & Business Development, 20% Operations and Other functions as required.
  • The Co-founder need to balance big-picture thinking with the day-to-day tasks that go into building a successful organization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Willing to work with passion and dedication and not just as a 9-5 job.
 
 Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 10-12 years of experience in IT sales and business development with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth for SMB Clients.
  • Should have Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks and a passion for innovation.
  • Must have Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Should demonstrate ability to think outside the box.
  • Should be a results-oriented individual, with a strong will to win.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
