This is a contract opportunity.
This is an onsite opportunity in Riverside and Johnston, RI.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls promptly, greet customers courteously, and maintain a professional demeanor throughout interactions.
  • Verify customer identities by requesting necessary personal information and ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.
  • Listen attentively to customers, demonstrating empathy to understand their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive information about bank policies, products, and services, assisting with online banking processes as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly by analyzing account history and transaction records.
Job Skills/Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, phone systems, and relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay Range

$18-$19/hour.
