Quality Inspector

Conquality is a small, friendly team of international professionals in the field of project quality management, equipment quality assurance and control, documentation control and certification for energy, chemical and oil and gas projects. We work with the major industry giants, delivering the right solutions to clients quickly and efficiently using Slack, Trello, Teams and MS Office.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position working in a project team on construction projects for energy, chemical and oil & gas projects located in Germany or Europe. You will be responsible for:

• Daily coordination of meetings with customers in Outlook and Teams on a daily basis
• Daily handling of incoming correspondence and tasks from project participants in English or German

• Creating and reviewing technical quality documentation for projects,

• Ensuring compliance with technical and procedural standards and quality requirements,

• Administrative follow-up of non-conformities or defects,

• Coordinating and attendance of audits and inspections,

• Documentation of results.

You will also collaborate with project teams for solutions to any quality issues. Your attention to detail and knowledge of quality control processes will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

Requirements

• Ability to independently understand the tasks at hand and achieve results;

• Education in mechanical engineering, quality control, welding, assembly technology or comparable;
• Knowledge of industry standards of mechanical engineering, fabrication and assembly, quality management system standards;
• Experience in audits and inspections;
• Knowledge of quality management system, understanding of processes, procedures, documentation;
• Knowledge of English and German languages;
• Skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Slack, Trello and document management systems.
