Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Event Planner/Inbound Sales professional to join our growing team. This role is a combination of event coordination and inbound sales, requiring strong client interaction skills. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, guiding them through the booking process, and coordinating event-related logistics. You will also handle up to 30 warm leads daily, answering inquiries and creating price quotes and invoices, all while using our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and text through the CRM system to answer questions about our services.
  • Lead Handling: Call up to 30 warm leads per day, learn about their event needs, and introduce them to our services.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to understand client needs and plan events accordingly.
  • Quote and Invoice Management: Create and adjust pricing quotes and invoices based on client requirements.
  • CRM Management: Use Close.com CRM system to manage client interactions and track sales progress.

Software Proficiency:

  • CRM (Close.com): Experience with any CRM is necessary, though training on our specific system will be provided.
  • Slack: Daily communication within the team.
  • Google Suite: For managing client information and other tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in event planning, inbound sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English is essential, with minimal accent preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
