Your missions

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an Event & Partnership Procurement Intern for 6 months from January to June 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will support the Group Indirect Purchasing department to optimize global spending between all subsidiaries by improving their various business practices, to help steer the internal growth of subsidiaries and to participate in the Group's purchasing digitalization project.

Your key missions:

Support of the execution of the Global Pernod Ricard Indirect categories strategies

  • You will assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions, ensuring consistency in format and content.
  • You will assist in supplier negotiations (Analysis of proposals, comparisons, and budget analysis).
  • You will monitor expenditures against allocations. 
  • You will participate in the implementation and monitoring of supplier referencing (Sourcing, market watch, evaluation, updating of data on our website). 

Analytical support and updating of procurement assets

  • You will prepare reports, tables, and charts by applying technical skills and knowledge in formatting and presentations. 
  • You will maintain performance dashboards and PR Procurement reporting tools.
  • You will participate in the improvement of various documents (internal and external benchmarks, guidelines, purchasing performance monitoring documents, activity monitoring, provider lists to be updated).

Administrative support and delivery of initiatives for personnel on procurement

  • You will publish PR Procurement Internal Communications.
  • You will maintain status reports on procurement activities and work in progress.  
  • You will animate the event community via the sharing of best practices related to the S&R strategy and other various contents.

  • You are pursuing in a Master’s degree focused on procurement, business, marketing, or events.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You have data and analytical skills, Power BI is a plus.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
